Rhyming

Some people can think of rhymes instantly like they were in a constant rap battle. I am not one of those people.

If you are a rhyming god, congratulations! You're brain works in ways that I cannot fathom!

If, on the other hand, you are like me and you require extra help, I suggest obtaining a rhyming dictionary. They are great resources for when you're in a slump. I often have
trouble with rhymes, I know what I want to say in the next line of my song, but the ending is usually off with me. Rhyming dictionaries are a great tool for songwriters and poets.

Another great thing about rhyming dictionaries is eventually you'll learn so many new words you'll actually be able to think of rhymes at any given moment. Now you too can become a rhyming god!

Have you ever been told that nothing rhymes with "orange"?

Sponge, lozenge, door hinge, challenge.

That's just one example. Check out this Online Rhyming Dictionary!

I absolutely love my rhyming dictionary, I don't think I'd be able to write without it.
You can purchase one, use various websites, or download an app (which is what I did, B-Rhymes, it's free).
